This exercise program is for the 'Soccer Mom' who wants to
familiarize herself with the skills of the game. It is a fast paced program
revolving around dribbling, passing, running and juggling the soccer ball.
Our advanced class is for the Mom who has played at high school, college or
beyond and wants to be challenged in a dynamic 45 minute non-stop movement
ball oriented aerobic type program. Each session is a one day a week 7 week course. |
